What are the chances Girgensons makes the roster? I hear a lot of great things about this kid, how he is one of the best Latvians coming through the ranks, a good goal scorer who come the NHL should go in the first round.
Given his age I would assume he is only brought to camp to give him a taste of what its like but do you believe he has realistic chance to play in Belarus?

I am not that sure he will cross the Atlantic only to get the taste of the U20 team. I somehow think that he could make the roster, but there’s nothing I could base my opinion on. We’ll see. Anyhow, this will be his first time ever, when he is with the U20 team, as he wasn’t in Latvia during either Sino Cup or Zholtok Memorial Cup.
